Payment Info and Cancellation/Refund Policy

Reservation Process

Using our contact form or via email (info@stayinbarbados.com), let us know what days you would like to stay.
We will contact you and let you know if the rental is available.
You will need to register with our site in order to use our secure online payment system.
If the rental is available, we will send you a link to our secure payment page where you can pay the 25% deposit. (see below for our refund policies)
100 days before the arrival date, you will receive an email with another link to pay the remaining balance. (if booking less than 100 days prior to arrival, payment will be due in full)
7 days prior to your arrival, you will be sent a third link which will require your credit card information one more time. This process will make a refundable charge on your card for the amount of the security deposit (US$700.00). This charge is required and will be refunded in total unless there is damage or theft to the rental due to either carelessness or deliberate actions of guest(s) or invitees of guest(s).
Assuming there are no issues with the condition of the rental, the security deposit will be refunded to your credit card within one week after your departure.

Cancellations

The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations and is based on days before arrival:

* - Winter dates are December 15th-April 15th
** - Summer dates are April 16th-December 14th
*** - There is an additional cancellation fee of US$20.00

Refunds are made less any foreign exchange loss and cancellation free. Cancellation insurance can be purchased to cover the cost of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, and this is recommended.

In the event that circumstances dictate that we are unable to provide the specific accommodation that has been confirmed, we will make a full refund of all monies paid to us on account of the booking and shall be deemed free of all obligations.

Arrivals

There will be a charge of US$50.00 for all unscheduled arrivals. We should be informed if you are not coming directly to the property from the airport after your arrival. This does not include late arrivals due to delayed planes. The property manager will have your flight information and will be able to keep track of your flight status.
